Two line items, never one.

Bottles are a retail purchase from the shop. Bar service, when you want it, is labor — quoted per bartender-hour on its own line. You always see which is which, and you can take one without the other.

Bar service

You buy the bottles. We pour them.

Most people want one of three things, and the middle one is the one nobody else will sell you: the bottles without the crew, the crew without the markup, or both handled by the same person.

Bottles only We build the list, size the quantities and deliver. You pour.
Bottles + crew The order arrives with bartenders, glassware, setup and breakdown. Two line items on one quote, one person to call.
Restock & standing orders A recurring order for offices and venues — same list, same window, no rebuild each time.
